CTI WELCOMES NT WRIGHT, BISHOP OF DURHAM

NT Wright, one of the world’s leading New Testament scholars and church leaders, will be at the Center in the Autumn of 2009 as our senior Member in residence. Looking forward to his time in residence, he writes,

"Since the first time I visited CTI I have realized, with a pang of envy, that this is a resource like no other. To be able to bring together scholars from a variety of theological disciplines, give them the space to study amid world-class libraries, and get them to spark each other off to fresh and creative thought, is for many of us a dream beyond price. I am delighted and honored to be able to be at CTI later this year, and I look forward eagerly to sharing in the life and thought of this most exciting venture."
