Housing

The Vella Handly Templeton Townhouses, built in 1985 with a generous gift from Sir John Templeton, are a notable asset and hospitable support to the Center’s program, providing spacious and comfortable accommodation for members and their accompanying spouses and dependent children. Members are assigned to one, two or three-bedroom units that are fully furnished, making it possible for them to arrive in Princeton with their suitcases and move right in. Located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, the townhouses are surrounded by lawns with space for children to play. Each unit is assigned a parking space. Members are required to pay a subsidized rent, all their utility costs, and a refundable deposit.
