APPLY / Selection Process

1. Following the November 15 deadline for membership applications and all other supporting materials, the Center consults with members of our Academic Advisory Panel and other senior scholars in relevant fields. They carefully evaluate the academic merit of each Research Proposal, its compatibility with the Center’s aim and the ways in which the scholar and proposal might contribute to and benefit from participation in the Center’s interdisciplinary Colloquium.


2. The Academic Advisory Panel and consulted senior scholars make recommendations to the Director who then selects a carefully chosen interdisciplinary Colloquium of prominent and promising scholars for resident membership in the following academic year.


3. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by February 29.
