Professor O’Connell is the Robert & Marion Short Professor of Law and Research Professor of International Dispute Resolution at the University of Notre Dame. O’Connell is the author of The Art of Law in the International Community, a book she worked on while in residence as a Member of the Center of Theological Inquiry.
